@mankofit: “No Flexing vs flexing”
This is 6 weeks of hard work , I’ve busted my ass for these abs. I don’t miss a workout, I wake up at 5 in the morning, hit the gym twice a week. There are moments where I’ve cried, where I don’t think I can pull it off , but I suck it up and I do it (for those who know me I’m a big cry baby but I get it done). If you think there’s a magic pill that will guarantee you results you are WRONG!!!! You put 100 and you get your hard work paid off! No matter what happens I’m a winner because in my book I’m coming in 100 times stronger than I looked 6 weeks ago and that alone is all I need to call myself a winner!
It’s all about nutrition, I can count how many times I do abs. If ou think doing abs everyday will get you flat abs then you are WRONG as well! It all starts with a clean diet, with your daily cardio, and with the big weights!
19 days out and I’ve never been more focused!  Lets get it !
