@melissasarahwee: There is no perfect diet. There is no magic pill. There is no secret workouts. The key is consistency, dedication and determination. 💗💛💗 I see many people hopping from one diet to another and then complaining about not seeing results. I don’t want to sound harsh but PICK ONE (according to your goals) and freaking STICK to it! 💪💪💪 People commonly derail their diets from the get-go, by having unrealistic expectations about how much weight they’ll lose—and how quickly they’ll do so. Many also want the process to be easy. When that doesn’t happen, they give up and move on to the next diet. 
If carb cycling works for you, stick with it, if IIFYM works for you, do it.. There’s no such thing as one size fits all. I’m NOT bashing any diet plans here! I have seen people obtain great results from different kinds of diets and they all have one thing in common- consistency.

I like using the keto diet for cutting simply because it doesn’t leave me hungry. It fits me well. It suits my personality. For example, I’m not someone who can do #IIFYM because when I eat simple sugars, I crave for more and it gets hard for me to stick to the plan. I don’t wanna torture myself like that. I want to feel satiated. 
So my point is don’t just hop on any diet train just because it’s a trend. Do YOUR research, experiment if you have to & learn through it.  If you want results, you gotta put in work. Once you decided to start on a diet plan, STICK with it, be PATIENT & you’ll be amazed at the changes that comes with time. 💋 #byHisGraceMSW #nofilter
