@brittmorganx: Today was my day off from lifting.. I usually take 2 days off from lifting a week. Sometimes both those days will be active rest days and sometimes if my body is really sore and feeling run down I will take one whole day off from the gym. Listen to your body and get your rest when needed!😴 So this morning I hit the gym for some cardio, plyos and abs. I got a great sweat and was drenched within 10 minutes of my workout💦 I will jot it down and share with ya in just a bit💋
