62 Lbs lost.
It’s been quite difficult but I’m not done yet.
Pesceterian. I work out 4 times a week for 50 mins and do yoga every morning. I don’t count calories but I’m very careful with what I eat. I’ve also quit smoking during my journey. This is my lifestyle now and I’m never going back. :) Height: 166 cm
