@patsysb: I’ve been asked a few times to write my workouts out. I never do bc I don’t think me listing what I did at the gym TODAY will help, my workouts change all time. Instead I can share what I have done to get to where I’m at today. 1. Got a trainer! It’s amazing what even a once a week meet will do! I’ve had a few & now train w @bradleymartyn,👍👍who’s AWESOME btw! 2. YouTube workout videos, learn the proper techniques and put a workout routine tog. For yourself. Go to the gym & give it a shot! Trial & error taught me a lot. Hope that helps! It helped me! ☺
