@melissasarahwee: A lot of people ask me “How do you stay carb free most days?” … “How can you fast for so many hours? Don’t you get hungry?” or “Where do you get the energy from?” Everyday I’m juggling between training clients, training myself and teaching in school for 10 hrs everyday. I won’t deny it. Somedays I wake up, tired as fuck. I just want to sleep in and not do anything. But I know that I can’t. I have to do what needs to be done. Whatever thoughts that creep into your head, you have the power to control it. That voice inside your head, that says you can’t do something, that says you’re not good enough, that says you’re not ready or too tired is LYING. Ignore it. Eventually that voice will be replaced by the sound of you already moving towards your goal.. The real question is, how bad do you want it? How much are you willing to sacrifice in exchange for attaining your goals? Goodnight my IGfamily. I have a crazy day tomorrow. Taking my students to the ‘Underwater world’ for an excursion.
