Whole grains, nutrient dense foods and moderation is key
I normally just eat naturally and work out. You can’t just eat well and not work out or work out and not eat. Doesn’t really work.
Eat the bulk of your callories and protiens before and after a workout. You need carbs and callories for fuel.
Eat clean, often and eat whole foods. Also drink as much water as you can!
Eat clean and as cloe to natural as possible!
